SENIOR INTERIOR DESIGNER

-Degree in Interior Design / Architecture Studies or equivalent
-Over 8 years of relevant interior work experience
-Provides leadership and project design direction to ensure high-quality design
-Responsible for design; initiates concepts and idea discussions, provides guidance to the design team during project design, documentation and installation
-Implements P&T design standards in the overall project administration and organization
-Works closely with project managers and client regarding budgets and schedules
-Solid experience in large scale residential projects
-Strong design sensibility and technical ability to develop a project from concept to completion
-Knowledge of Architectural construction methodology and building systems required
-Ability to communicate effectively in spoken and written English and Chinese
-Knowledge of LEED and BIM Revit an advantage


INTERIOR DESIGNER / ASSISTANT INTERIOR DESIGNER

-Degree in Interior Design / Architecture Studies or equivalent
-Minimum 3 years relevant experience in interior design sector
-Solid experience in large scale residential projects
-Strong design sensibility and technical ability to develop a project from concept to completion
-Proficient in 3D modelling software (such as Sketch Up, Rhino an advantage)
-Team player, organizing skills and good time management
-Can work independently, and good communication skills
-Good spoken and written English and Chinese
-Lesser experience will be considered as Assistant Interior Designer


SENIOR ENGINEER / ENGINEER (STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING TEAM)

-Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering or equivalent
-Corporate Membership with a preference for MHKIE
-At least 4 years’ relevant experience, lesser experience will be considered as Engineer
-Experience in the field of building structures and must possess the ability to develop the structural frame system from architectural drawings
-Proficiency in using ETABS, SAP2000 and Revit
-Able to go up to BD/SCU/ICU to deal with structural submissions
-Sound understanding the contract terms in building structure
-Familiar with cost optimization for structures
-Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
-Able to handle a small team of Assistant & Graduate Engineers
-Able to coordinate with consultants from related disciplines and also to attend Client meetings


BIM MANAGER / BIM COORDINATOR (MEP TEAM)

Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate holder, CIC - Certified BIM Manager (CCBM) or Professional Membership of The Hong Kong Institute of Building Information Modelling (MHKIBIM)
- Minimum 2 years of BIM experiences. Practical BIM coordination experience for Building Services Installations
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as BIM Coordinator or Modeller
- Experience in 3D modelling software applications including Autodesk Revit
- Prepare BIM Project Execution Plan (PXP)
- Set up and build BIM models
- Prepare BIM clash detection and resolution report


ENGINEER/ PROJECT ENGINEER/ SENIOR ENGINEER (E&M/ BUILDING SERVICES AND FIRE SERVICES)

Requirements:
- Degree in Building Services, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or above
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit BIM is an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written in both English & Chinese
- Appropriate position will be given base on candidate’s experience and qualifications


RESIDENT BUILDING SERVICES ENGINEER (MEP TEAM)

Requirements:
- Degree in B.S./Electrical/Mechanical Discipline from a Hong Kong Polytechnic or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years solid experience in the capacity of Resident Building Services Engineer
- Corporate member of relevant professional institutions (HKIE, CIBSE, IMechE, IET)
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in supervision and project administration of large scale residential or composite building projects or equivalent
- Be able to work independently and have strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Familiar with government regulations and code of practice specification
- Grade E or above in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, or equivalent
- Knowledge in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel and Project


RESIDENT BUILDING SERVICES INSPECTOR (RBSI) / ASSISTANT BUILDING SERVICES INSPECTOR (ABSI) (E&M)

Requirements:
- A Higher Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services Engineering or Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from the Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College / Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, or equivalent.
- Met the language proficiency requirements of Grade E or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or equivalent.
- For RBSI, minimum 12 years' relevant experience including 8 year's working experience in the capacity of Assistant Building Services Inspector, or equivalent
- For ABSI, 3 years’ relevant post-qualification experience of site supervision of building services installations


DRAUGHTSPERSON (Structural Engineering team)

Requirements:
- Higher Certificate or above in Civil / Structural Engineering discipline.
- Mainly involve in CAD drawing and REVIT modeling production for structural drawings, etc.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience shall be an advantage.
- Basic communication ability in English and Chinese is required.


DRAUGHTSPERSON TRAINEE (Structural Engineering team)

Requirements:
- F.6 or above.
- Self-motivated, interested in CAD drawing production works for the building construction industry.
- Have a basic understanding on computer software applications, such as Word and EXCEL, and, willing to learn new techniques.
- Basic communication ability in English and Chinese is required.
- On-job training shall be given to the right candidates.


SENIOR ARCHITECT / ARCHITECT

Job Description:
- Manage full cycle of project development from conceptual & schematic design and formation to construction of documentation until project completion.
- Act as focal point of contact to coordinate with various professionals of multiple disciplines throughout the project cycle
- Formulate building designs and outline detailed drawings
- Liaise with construction professionals in examining the feasibility of potential projects
- Review and examine any possible constraints and factors in causing adverse effect towards the project implementation about town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget in particular
- Apply for planning permission and obtain necessary governmental advice from new building and legal departments
- Prepare and present reports, proposals, applications and contracts
- Implement project per plan, anticipate and resolve problems that may arise during the course of construction
- Work closely with Project Team and act as key communicator in updating key stakeholders of project progress
- Travel to project sites and proposed locations and attend clients meeting on regular basis

Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture, Design or equivalent
- Qualified members of the HKIA, RIBA, ARB, RAIA or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years or above post qualification project experience
- Have solid experience in large scale residential, commercial building, local institutional and government establishments’ projects.
- Proficient in contract administration and production of construction drawings
- Familiar with Hong Kong Architectural statutory requirements
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese
- Lesser experience and qualifications will be considered as Architect


ARCHITECTURAL ASSISTANT

Job Description:
- Prepare and develop architectural design specification and solutions according to Client’s requirement.
- Assist in drawing productions, making presentation materials and handle project administration works of Architect Team.
- Support Architects in all kinds of services as needed in planning and designing and ensure timely submission of documentation to Clients.
- Conduct inspection and report site progress of various construction sites

Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture Studies or equivalent
- Able to convert concept design to details
- Knowledge of BIM and using AutoCAD, 3D Max, Sketch Up, Photoshop, Illustrator and other graphics software is an advantage
- Passionate, creative and resourceful
- Good communication skills and able to work under pressure
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
