Richard Soon joined P&T in 1995 and became a Director in 2004.

Mr. Soon has worked on many large-scale developments in Singapore, India, Sri Lanka, the Middle East and Malaysia. His specialisation includes Residential, Commercial, Business Parks, Logistic, Educational, Institutional, Healthcare and Research projects. Projects that he has worked on have won both international awards and awards in Singapore. He is experienced in design, design development and management of a broad range of developments and is conversant in various authority regulations and building contracts.

Mr. Soon also served in the Singapore Institute of Architects as Council member and contributed to the industry by sharing his knowledge in the area of Fire Safety and Household-Shelter, Universal Designs, BIM and Prefinished and Prefabricated Volumetric Construction technology including serving as speaker for these topics. He also teaches in the Architectural Practice Course for Architectural Professional Examination organised by the Singapore Institute of Architects.
