Matt Yau joined P&T in 1996 and became a Director in 2016.

Mr. Yau has solid and a wealth of experience in design, co-ordination, site supervision and contract administration of various scales developments, which include but not limited to offices, commercial complexes, hotels, residential and institution projects in Hong Kong, Macau and China.

Mr. Yau believes that innovation and technology development are keys to driving growth and competitiveness in the 21st century, and it is the responsibility of engineers to continue to change for the better. He encourages the creative and innovative notions by thinking out of the box. These mindsets help to generate new ideas and thoughts to facilitate state-of-the-art designs and problem solving alternatives for consideration.

With the professional qualification of Registered Energy Assessor, BEAM Pro, LEED AP, WELL AP and Green Building Label Manager, Mr Yau is held in esteem as a professional who keenly supports and promotes green construction.
