Aaron has been involving in a variety of institutional projects including schools in a majority proportion, public buildings, sports stadiums, swimming pools, residential and commercial developments on design as well as project execution since he joined P&T in 1997.

He is also experienced in BIM (Building Information Modeling) management and implementation of BIM in architectural practice. He was leading the team on research and development of BIM office standards, project templates, production and coordination workflow, new technology application, and document generation. Aaron is also actively participating in various advisory committees form by the HKSAR government on the development of BIM and Smart City, sharing experience as a speaker in numerous public talks and seminars on BIM related topics.
