P&T Group Directors celebrated the company’s 150th anniversary with the Honourable Mrs. Carrie Lam Cheng, Chief Executive of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, on 13 March 2019 at the Hong Kong Club.

P&T Group (The Group) - an architectural and engineering consultancy first established in Hong Kong in 1868 - celebrated its 150th year of designing and building Hong Kong and other cities with a cocktail reception on 13 March at The Hong Kong Club. Guest of Honour Chief Executive Mrs. Carrie Lam attended the event along and congratulated the company on its success in shaping cityscapes around the globe.

"It’s a pleasure to come here to celebrate with you all the 150th anniversary of the P&T Group," said Mrs. Lam. "The Group really has defined Hong Kong’s past and has actually built Hong Kong through many distinguished projects buildings. I am very pleased that P&T Group has also helped to preserve some of these historic buildings, like the Professor Jao Tsung-I’s Cultural Centre. "

Hong Kong brand P&T Group is a multi-national company which designed and built many of the city's timeless landmarks, such as the former Hong Kong & Shanghai Bank Headquarter building in 1883 and the city’s first multi-storey shopping centre Beaconsfield Arcade in 1880.
