Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) was first adopted by P&T Group in Singapore, with mature technology in place. Earlier we arranged a site visit to our MiC project in Singapore for professionals from Hong Kong SAR Education Bureau, ArchSD, and Buildings Department, as well as a sharing session held at the P&T Singapore office.

Meanwhile, BD's new Guidelines for using BIM in GBP submission, drafted with the assistance of P&T Group, together with the two GBP sample templates in ArchiCAD and Revit, were formally launched last month, as the first official published BIM standard in Hong Kong for GBP submission.
