Members of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) recently paid a site visit to the project - Caritas Institute of Higher Education (CIHE), a winner of the HKIS Award 2019, designed by P&T architects and engineers. At the event, P&T architectural team together with the Caritas project managers, briefed the members present about the design concepts and merits of the project.
