The Jao Tsung-I Academy (JTIA) is one of the first projects under the “Revitalizing Historic Buildings Through Partnership Scheme” of the HKSAR Government. The project is embedded with rich cultural value by its character defining elements like Chinese fairface red brick and Chinese tiled pitched roof.

TVB Pearl “DOLCE VITA” has invited the Chief Operating Officer of JTIA, Mrs. Kiki Ko-Li, to introduce the history of this hidden gem in Hong Kong, and our Group Director, Mr. Joel Chan, to share how we preserve its historical setting, bring new elements to this revitalized historical project and turn it into an attractive landmark, allowing generations of visitors to leave their footprints.
