The Tengah, Singapore is the first of its kind to be built as a smart, sustainable town with green architecture integrating with its surrounding natural environment. As part of an initiative in meeting Housing and Development Board’s (HDB) new target is a Construction Transformation Project (CTP) which will pilot a range of innovations and technologies to further raise productivity, the beamless flat design has to be trialed in our HDB Tengah Project (Garden Waterfront I & II @ Tengah) will be made possible through a hybrid precast system involving both 2D and 3D precast components so as to enhance the construction efficiency.
