P&T’s Project - Cognitio College (Kowloon) School is designed with Environmental Proactive, Creative, Open and Learning (ECOL) concept. Our Group Director, Mr. Joel Chan was interviewed by RTHK31 program “Everyday Design – School Projects”, sharing ways to encourage natural ventilation and lighting of the campus by ingenious design and eco-friendly concept. This project has received the Grand Award (New Buildings Category) in Green Building Award 2019 and ArchSD Annual Award 2020 – Special Award (Sustainable Design).
