P&T Project “A purpose-built Multi-Welfare Services Complex in Area 29 of Kwu Tung North New Development Area” received the Autodesk Hong Kong BIM Awards 2022.

This complex provides a range of essential services to individuals with diverse needs in the community. Its major facilities include a day activity centre, a hostel for severely mentally handicapped persons, a care and attention home for severely disabled persons, day care units, and residential care homes for the elderly. These facilities offer care, support, and rehabilitation services to people with disabilities or special needs, while also providing assistance to their families and caregivers. The ancillary facilities include a Building Management Office, outdoor landscaped area, roof garden and car parking, which contribute to enhancing the quality of life for the residents. Our team provided architectural consultancy services for this project which features Modular Integrated Construction.
