P&T’s project Grand Dunman bagged 5 awards in the recently-held Property Guru Asia Property Awards Singapore. Grand Dunman is a 7-tower, 1008-unit residential development located right at the doorstep of Singapore’s city center.  The project emerged as the Winner in the categories for Best Mega-Scale Condo Development and Best Mega-Scale Condo Landscape Design, while also receiving a Highly Commended recognition in the Best Private Condo Development category. Our design received recognition, securing the project as the winner in the Best Mega-Scale Condo Architectural Design category and earning a Highly Commended distinction in the Best Sales Gallery Architectural Design category.

The Property Guru Asia Property Awards is the region’s biggest and most respected real estate awards programme and rewards and celebrates only the biggest achievers in the world’s most dynamic markets, here in Asia.
