P&T’s effort has been fruitful recently! Our project Continuum has swept the board in 2 award ceremonies, including the ultimate benchmark of excellence in Singapore’s property development EdgeProp Singapore Excellence Awards, which won 4 awards, and the region’s biggest and most respected real estate awards programme. It also bagged 2 awards in the Property Guru Asia Property Awards! Central to the project’s success were our clients Hoi Hup Realty and Sunway Developments: collaborating with them has been instrumental in the creation of this multiple- award-winning project.

Situated in Singapore’s Marine Parade-East Coast Area (District 15), Continuum is a 4-tower, 816-unit residential development, which is uniquely-designed to integrate 2 sites as well as preserve a historic bungalow within its site. It is a Singapore Green Mark Platinum Super-Low Energy Project.
