We're thrilled to announce that the Kwu Tung Elderly Home Design & Build (D&B) Project has been recognized with the Merit Award and Special Award (Sustainability) at the ArchSD Annual Award cum Technology and Innovation Award 2023.
Located in Dills Corner Garden at the Area 29 of Kwu Tung North (KTN) New development Area, the project covers approximately site area of 10,300m² and GFA of 44,000m². This 8-storey Multi-Welfare Service Complex (MWSC) is a purpose built Residential Care Homes for the Elderly (RCHE) and to provide additional elderly and rehabilitation services places for other eligible service users by using MiC Construction.
