P&T’s project Chill Residence has won the Silver Award for Private Development Projects at the Hong Kong Institute Building Information Modelling (HKIBIM) Awards 2023. Our Associate Director, Mr. Ken Wong, has attended the ceremony last Friday and accepted the award on stage.

Chill Residence is a composite development located on 29 Ko Chiu Road, Yau Tong’s Mid-level surrounded by lush greenery. It comprises two 32-storey residential towers with a residential clubhouse, a shopping mall, and a basement carpark. The development provides 634 residential units, 56,400 sq ft of commercial area.
