P&T was honoured to organize the New Engineering Contract (NEC) Seminar on last Thursday night, with Mr. Alfred Leung from Leighton Asia and our Group Director Ms. Vivien Mak as our moderators. The seminar comprises of two panel discussions. For the first panel, we invited Mr. Kenneth Lau from Dragages Hong Kong and Mr. Tim Leung from China State Construction Engineering (HK) Limited to share their views on NEC Contract in practice. Their insights were truly relevant and inspiring.
