We're excited to share that P&T has been recognized with multiple awards at the ArchSD Annual Awards 2023.  Our Group Directors - Mr. Leung Wai Man, Ms. Esther Chow, Mr. Benny Sham and Mr. Brian Wong were invited to receive accolades for the "Kwu Tung Elderly Home Design & Build (D&B) Project" and the " Tseung Kwan O Immigration Headquarters Project" alongside our clients and dedicated project team members during the recent Award Presentation Ceremony.

Located in Dills Corner Garden at the Area 29 of Kwu Tung North (KTN) New development Area, this 8-storey Multi-Welfare Service Complex (MWSC) is a purpose-built Residential Care Homes for the Elderly (RCHE) and to provide additional elderly and rehabilitation services places for other eligible service users by using MiC Construction.  Tseung Kwan O Immigration Headquarters consists of two 16-storeys towers encompassing public service sections, departmental offices, detention facilities, fire ranges, an auditorium and supportive functions for the operations of the Immigration Department.
