P&T is privileged to be appointed by China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited to provide full consultancy services for architecture, structure and building services for the Housing Bureau and Architectural Services Department’s Light Public Housing project at Kai Tak. This large-scale project capitalizes on our extensive experience and expertise on MiC construction to provide homes to around 10,700 households. We are honoured to play a part in this meaningful government initiative to improve the quality of life of those most in need in our community.
