P&T Project – CapitalSky, located in the CBD, is the first redevelopment commercial project in Singapore to achieve 100% reuse of existing bored piles. This engineering feat saved 8,400 tonnes of concrete, contributing to a 37% reduction in carbon emissions, marking a milestone in sustainable construction. The Project Team also utilizes Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA) to simplify the design and construction processes, ensuring efficiency and precision. Our Structural Engineer and Group Director, Mr. YIONG Hoi Liong, received the BCA Design and Engineering Safety Award this year, demonstrating the advanced engineering and sustainable design of the project.
