P&T Project - Chung Yuet Lau has won the Gold Award at the Hong Kong Design Award 2024. Located at Jat Min Chuen, Sha Tin, "Chung Yuet Lau" is Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS)’s first venture into Steel Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) elderly housing project in Hong Kong.

The 10-storey building comprises 64 age-friendly, barrier-free units, equipping with elderly friendly facilities. Due to Steel MiC building method, which allows for the efficient assembly and installation of prefabricated modules, cutting down on-site construction work and minimizing noise and inconvenience, thus ensuring minimal disturbance to residents during the construction process. We're proud to be part of this meaningful initiative and are committed to continuing our efforts in designing spaces that enhance the well-being and convenience of the elderly.
