P&T Group’s stunning design for Dorsett Kai Tak Hotel & Open Space is a testament to modern architecture, perfectly blending sleek design with breathtaking views of Victoria Harbour. Situated in the vibrant Kai Tak area, the Dorsett Kai Tak Hotel incorporates a series of small individual commercial blocks strategically placed on various terraces. These blocks are designed to support a variety of activities, such as alfresco dining, outdoor displays, and other interactive uses. Each block is carefully oriented to face the open-air event plaza, creating a seamless connection between the terraces and the central gathering space.

The open-air event plaza serves as a versatile hub for community engagement and entertainment. Its flexible design allows it to host a wide range of activities, including outdoor performances, exhibitions, and even car shows.
