P&T Project - “Chung Yuet Lau” has won the Gold Award in Innovation Category (Residential) at the A&D Awards 2024. Located at Jat Min Chuen, Sha Tin, "Chung Yuet Lau" is the Hong Kong Housing Society (HKHS)’s first venture into Steel Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) elderly housing project in Hong Kong. The 10-storey building comprises 64 age-friendly, barrier-free units, equipping with elderly friendly facilities.
