Designed with seamless urban integration, the tower features a three-story retail podium fronting Zhu Fang Jie, creating a continuous retail experience linked to the K11 development. To enhance mobility and reduce congestion, a first-floor bridge connects adjacent office sites, ensuring smooth pedestrian and vehicular circulation.

Inspired by Water,Defined by Innovation

Reflecting Ningbo’s deep connection to water, the façade design embodies flowing “water streams.” A fluid ribbon wraps around the podium, symbolizing the river’s steady flow, while vertical elements rise to represent the energy of spring vortexes. The result? A harmonious balance between urban elegance and natural dynamism.
