The design takes inspiration from the site’s agricultural roots—reflected in the bold rectilinear forms and two well-defined central courtyards that echo the layout of historic plantation villas. These green courtyards not only foster community interaction but also provide open, breathable spaces in an urban setting.

Strategically planned, the precinct’s Multi-storey Carpark and Socio-Communal Facility Block serve as effective noise and visual buffers from the adjacent MRT viaduct. On the west, Plantation Acres seamlessly connects to Tengah’s iconic Farmway network, linking residents to linear parks, cycling paths, and recreational amenities, promoting active lifestyles and green mobility. To the south, direct links to future educational institutions ensure convenience for families.

Built with Pre-fabricated, Pre-finished Volumetric Construction (PPVC), the project enhances construction quality and efficiency while minimizing environmental impact. The integration of a Centralised Cooling System in residential units also reflects a commitment to long-term energy efficiency and climate-responsive living.
