P&T has been shortlisted for the “International Scheme Solicitation for the Architectural Concept Scheme of the Fengbei TOD Commercial Complex”, located in the core area of Hangzhou Qiantang Bay Future Headquarters Base.

Our Group Director, Mr. Benny Sham represented P&T at the official kick-off meeting, where he shared his design concept for this transformative urban development. As one of the 12 teams shortlisted from a hundred of the world’s top architectural firms, we’re excited to move into the next phase of conceptual design.
