We’re proud to present our architectural masterpiece – Le Cap, a low-rise residential development that harmoniously blends with Kau To Shan’s natural landscape while redefining luxury living through thoughtful design. Inspired by Southern France’s Riviera, this project masterfully balances rustic elegance with modern sophistication, creating a timeless environment that respects the site’s village character.

Every design decision was carefully considered to respond to the unique context. The 29 villas and 40 apartments are strategically positioned to maximize panoramic harbor and mountain views while maintaining privacy and neighborhood integration. Sustainability was key, with vertical greenery, energy-efficient systems, and locally-sourced materials woven throughout. The development’s vehicle-free grounds and extensive landscaping foster a true sense of community, complemented by resort-style amenities that elevate everyday living.

Our design process prioritized the genius loci, transforming challenging site constraints into distinctive architectural solutions. The tiered composition minimizes visual impact while optimizing view corridors, natural ventilation, and privacy hierarchies.
