Where Rails Meet Roots: Designing Cities That Breathe, Connect, and Thrive!

At P&T, our vision for city-making is rooted in seamless integration, where transit, homes, retail, education, and public amenities converge into a truly livable urban environment. Our approach to Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) is not just about proximity to public transport; it's about creating holistic, pedestrian-first communities where everything is within easy reach, promoting a healthier and more sustainable lifestyle.

A perfect embodiment of this philosophy is LOHAS Park Phase 7, where the entire development is built above an MTR station and depot. This large-scale, multi-phase project integrates two residential towers with a vibrant podium mall The LOHAS; featuring retail, F&B, cinema, schools, a central park, and direct access to the MTR station and public transport interchange. Through careful spatial planning, residents enjoy complete connectivity to daily necessities without ever needing to cross a road. Covered walkways, landscape decks, and elevated links provide weather-protected, traffic-free access between all phases, setting a new standard for urban walkability.

Another shining example is Cullinan West and V-Walk, strategically located above Nam Cheong MTR Interchange. With residential towers atop a four-storey podium mall, this project merges transport access with lifestyle convenience. The podium is directly linked to the MTR, adjacent public housing, parks, and schools through a 24-hour elevated pedestrian network. It even features stepped terraces and breezeways to enhance ventilation, reduce visual mass, and improve the local microclimate. The design focuses on integration with the existing community, allowing public and private residents alike to move freely and safely within the neighborhood.

Both developments illustrate how P&T uses advanced masterplanning and human-centric design to shape vibrant, inclusive, and future-ready cities. Through a deliberate mix of residential, commercial, and civic spaces; anchored around transit hubs, we enable communities to thrive in a more sustainable, convenient, and connected way.

This is not just city-building; it’s city-living, redefined.
