We’re proud to share that P&T Group has won the Architectural Leaders Awards 2025 – Commercial Project of the Year for our work on Dubai CommerCity!

A heartfelt thank you to our client, @DIEZ (Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority), for your trust and partnership.

Dubai CommerCity is a landmark mixed-use development and the first e-commerce free zone in the Middle East. Spanning a GFA of over 207,000 sqm, it features Grade A office spaces, advanced logistics units, and over 220,000 sqm of infrastructure and parking—designed with innovation, sustainability, and flexibility at its core.

Organized into three modern clusters, the project integrates smart infrastructure and cutting-edge technologies to meet the evolving demands of the digital commerce sector, setting a benchmark for regional development.

This recognition is a true reflection of the dedication and creativity of our team—thank you for your passion and excellence!

Grateful to @designmiddleeast for organizing the awards and recognizing our work.
