THE SOUTHSIDE;  an ambitious multi-phase development of 14 towers, 5,200 homes, a 4-storey retail podium, clubhouse, and seamless MTR integration,  lies at the heart of this transformation. Designed with connectivity, community, and sustainability in mind, the project creates new pedestrian linkages, landscaped public spaces, and covered walkways to promote social interaction and urban wellness.
