P&T Group has been a trailblazer in designing integrated Transit-Oriented Developments (TODs) that go beyond mere transportation infrastructure, they create vibrant, sustainable urban destinations where people live, work, shop, and connect.
Our journey began with the iconic Exchange Square in Hong Kong’s Central District, one of the city’s earliest multi-modal transportation nodes, seamlessly interlinking the MTR, buses, public light buses, ferries, and an elevated pedestrian network. It set the stage for a new kind of urban experience, one that prioritizes accessibility, efficiency, and walkability.
This vision continued with Telford Garden, Hong Kong’s first large-scale TOD and one of the most influential in the region. Built atop the Kowloon Bay MTR Depot, it comprises 41 residential towers, expansive retail plazas, cinemas, and a 24-hour public podium that unites transportation with lifestyle. The development connects residential neighborhoods to industrial and commercial districts, showcasing the power of TODs to link communities and foster economic growth.
P&T’s TOD expertise now spans globally; from Shanghai IFC and Chongqing Raffles City, to Terminal 21 Bangkok, Nanjing Hexi CBD, and beyond. Each project integrates multiple transit modes, rail, bus, pedestrian systems, while fostering social interaction, green spaces, and mixed-use vertical communities.
Our TOD designs are more than urban strategies, they are social engines that reduce car dependency, enhance livability, and support sustainable city growth. By connecting transport and architecture through a human-centric lens, P&T continues to shape the cities of tomorrow.
