The project reimagines luxury hospitality through a bold architectural gesture, a 13-storey central gateway structure that defines the hotel’s identity. This glass cube forms a striking frame at the entrance, housing the ballroom and presidential suite with panoramic views towards the Arabian Gulf and Dubai Marina.

Spanning 89,800 sqm, the resort includes 477 rooms and suites, 221 beachfront apartments, and 6 exclusive villas with direct access to the beach. Its design integrates hotel, residential and leisure facilities within a cohesive composition of cascading terraces, shaded balconies and landscaped rooftops.

From the central pool and beach club to the gym, spa, and restaurants, every space has been designed to foster connection and relaxation within a dynamic, resort-style environment.
