Dubai CommerCity is the first free zone in the Middle East dedicated entirely to the e-commerce sector, a purpose-built environment designed to support one of the region’s fastest-growing industries.

Spanning 207,000 sqm, the development is organised into 3 distinct clusters:

• Business Cluster featuring 12 modern office buildings totalling 108,000 sqm of leasable space
• Social Cluster with art galleries, cafés and community-focused public spaces
• Logistics Cluster comprising 84 logistics units and a rooftop PV system generating clean energy

Each cluster has been designed to create a seamless ecosystem where businesses can work, connect and grow. Landscaped courtyards, active ground floors and efficient logistics facilities come together to form a campus-style environment that places user experience, sustainability and flexibility at its centre.

Dubai CommerCity has been an ongoing multi-year effort by our Dubai team, who have delivered strategic design solutions from concept through to construction.
