Created for A*STAR and several research institutes, the development integrates three towers linked by landscaped plazas, sky bridges and pedestrian connections, forming a vibrant, flexible campus that supports both scientific work and daily urban life.

One of the central design challenges was accommodating diverse functions in a dense, urban setting while meeting strict vibration-control requirements for laboratories and cleanrooms. The solution combines innovative structural strategies with a clear architectural vision, resulting in a development that is both technically robust and highly usable.
