Po Leung Kuk Siu Hon Sum Primary School received a Commendation Merit.

The project is the first school in Hong Kong to adopt Modular Integrated Construction (MiC), streamlining the construction process while delivering a cohesive architectural and structural solution across 24 classrooms and supporting facilities.

The Redevelopment of Kowloon Tsai Swimming Pool Complex was also recognised as a Finalist.

The project incorporates state-of-the-art amenities, including an indoor competition pool, and is the first completed Public Works project to pilot the use of high-strength steel (S690), achieving significant material savings compared to conventional S355 steel.
