Ming Wah Dai Ha Phase 2 Redevelopment received a Merit Award in the Residential category.
One of Hong Kong’s oldest public rental estates, originally built in the 1960s and 1970s, the redevelopment carefully responds to its site and surrounding neighbourhood. The design introduces a podium that enables creative landscaping to enhance ecological diversity and environmental value, while preserving the social, cultural and heritage identity of the estate.
The Development of the Jockey Club Campus of Creativity at 30 Renfrew Road, Kowloon Tong was awarded a Merit in the Institutional category.
