Description
The Landmark occupies nearly a full city block in the heart of the Central District. With twin 44-storey office towers, the development features extensive retail and public areas, extending four levels above ground and linked by bridges to neighbouring developments. The column-free office floors have deep recessed windows on all sides which reduce the cooling loads. Tower columns extend through the lower public areas, forming the edge of a large skylit square atrium. Its regular shape is accented by balconies and terraces and animated by a fountain, trees and public art, making the landmark a popular urban amenity and meeting place in the center of Central.
