Located at Bangkok’s central transport hub, this 51‑storey mixed‑use tower by BTS Group connects directly to BTS Phayathai, the Airport Rail Link, and the future Red Line MRT via an elevated garden walkway. The development integrates a five‑star Eastin Grand hotel, luxury serviced apartments, grade‑A offices, and podium facilities, creating a landmark destination.
The tower’s side‑core design maximizes northern daylight while shielding unwanted views and direct sun. A nine‑storey podium houses lobbies, retail, restaurants, fitness, conference halls, and over 900 parking spaces. Above, levels 9–20 contain flexible, energy‑efficient office space. Levels 23–36 feature 397 hotel guestrooms, with leisure amenities on level 22 including a cantilevered pool, restaurant, and executive lounge. The upper levels, 37–51, accommodate 118 serviced apartments with gardens, pools, and a sky lounge.
The façade, articulated with vertical stripes symbolizing Bangkok’s rail network, and crowned with illuminated rooftop features, reinforces the tower’s role as an iconic urban landmark.
