Description
Terminal 21 Pattaya is situated at the most prominent location, the famous dolphin roundabout in a major tourist destination in Thailand, Pattaya City. This mixed-use development comprises 43,000 sq.m. of airport theme shopping area and a 25-storey 396-room Grande Centre Point Hotel. Extensive water park recreation facility and meeting facility are provided at the podium roof including free-form swimming pool, glass-floor observation deck, kids club, fitness centre, multi-purpose amphitheatre and lawn with lush landscape grounds.
To capitalise on the panoramic view of the Pattaya bay and the overall development theme, the hotel tower takes on the form of Y-shaped aircraft layout and dynamic roof top feature. All hotel guestrooms ranging from 32 sq.m. to 64 sq.m. have been arranged along the corridor with 45 degree window angle and balconies to enjoy the ocean view.
Exterior facade includes the combination of blue and clear low-e laminated glass, aluminium cladding and precast concrete panels in order to provides maximum energy saving.
