Description
Terminal 21 Pattaya is situated at the most prominent location, the famous dolphin circle in downtown of Pattaya city. This utmost unique mixed-use development comprises of mega shopping mall and the 25-storey Grande Centre Point Hotel with 396 guestrooms.
The overall design theme is derived from the simulation of the "Airport" including runway and aeroplanes. Extensive recreation facilities are also provided as part of the feature to overall the development, with water feature garden, suspended glass bridge and various water related amusement park theme.
Ample carparking facility of over 1,500 cars together with over 1,000 motorcycles and large tourist buses parking are provided around ground floor and podium area. One of the feature is the top roof deck of the tower which open up the panoramic view of the sea front and beyond.
