City of Arabia is an ambitious mixed-use masterplan spanning 185 hectares in the heart of Dubailand. Envisioned as a self-contained urban destination, the development is designed to accommodate approximately 34,000 residents and a thriving commercial, entertainment, and hospitality hub.
At the heart of the city lies the Mall of Arabia, one of the world’s largest retail destinations, offering over 450,000 square meters of shopping, dining, and entertainment spaces. Adjacent to the mall is the Restless Planet, a unique dinosaur-themed park featuring more than 100 animatronic prehistoric creatures, designed to deliver immersive and educational family experiences.
The development also features Wadi Walk, a vibrant waterfront community inspired by Mediterranean architecture. Lined with boutique retail outlets, cafés, and restaurants, the promenade is complemented by residential apartments overlooking serene canals, promoting a relaxed, pedestrian-friendly environment.
The masterplan includes 34 high-rise towers comprising luxury residences, hotels, and premium office spaces. These are all connected by a 10-kilometer canal network and an internal monorail system, enhancing mobility and linking key destinations across the development.
