Description
Soc Son is located to the north of Hanoi’s Noi Bai International Airport. The total development area is divided into 7 zones and measures 5479ha in size. Soc Son is framed by mountains in the north west and the airport in the south. The land is currently characterized by low rise villages, farmland and green. The design aims to create a new urban environment that is environmentally sustainable and socially accepted. New development with medium density is to harmoniously integrate with existing structures. The emphasis of the new Soc Son will develop the image of a green city.
