Description
The project, comprising three 40-storey residential towers, elderly persons flats, a commercial/community centre and a nursery/kindergarten is located in Tsuen Wan. The designed population of the estate is 6,700 persons in 1,800 units, ranging in area from 21 square metres to 55 square metres. The typical floor plan of a high rise block contains 12 units per floor with lift lobbies at every third floor. The perimeter is 50\% open and provides natural light and through ventilation. The lobby links to the 4 open staircases of the 4 wings. The low rise residential units feature open, central courtyards and ramped circulation for elderly persons.
