Description
The site is centrally located in the city of Yangshuo. Previously a disused resort built in the 50’s, It has an area of 22,659sq.m. and is surrounded on two sides by an existing lake. Yangshuo is a popular destination for tourists taking boat trips down the famous Li river. This new project by Yitian Group aims to provide a much needed expansion of the retail and dining recinct centred around the main tourist area of West street. The 3 storey project includes shops, restaurants and a Boutique Hotel with a basement carpark and has a GFA of 31,720m2.
