Description
The Omega, Sigma, Marina Bay towers are part of the City of Lights located on a peninsula on Al Reem Island. They comprise four residential towers of 32 to 37 stories and one office tower of 45 stories with a total of 221,700 sqm GFA. The design aims to provide most of the units facing the Marina. The towers all share similar curvilinear form, the office tower has a pure and iconic form with increasing floor plates at higher levels.
