Located on a prime peninsula within Abu Dhabi’s Al Reem Island, the Omega, Sigma, and Marina Bay Towers form a key part of the prestigious City of Lights masterplan. The development comprises four residential towers, ranging from 32 to 37 stories, and a distinctive 45-story office tower, with a total gross floor area of 221,700 square meters.
The design concept focuses on maximizing waterfront views, with the majority of residential units oriented toward the Marina to capture its serene vistas. All towers feature a harmonious curvilinear architectural language, giving the development a dynamic and cohesive visual identity. The office tower stands out with a pure, iconic form that gradually expands in floor plate size as it rises, creating a bold and elegant skyline silhouette.
