Description
Burj Rafal stands as a landmark of modern luxury in Riyadh, soaring 70 stories into the skyline. Upon its completion, it was the tallest occupied tower in the city and marked a significant milestone as Riyadh’s first high-rise residential development.
The lower 25 floors of the tower are home to a 300-room Marriott Hotel, which includes a collection of serviced apartments catering to both short- and long-term guests. The tower is anchored by a dynamic six-story podium that offers an impressive array of amenities, including a 2,000 sqm grand ballroom, three signature restaurants, a fitness center, and a podium-level pool deck. Additional leisure facilities such as a children’s playground, squash courts, and a tennis court enhance the lifestyle offering.
A 7,600 sqm luxury retail mall is also housed within the podium, providing residents and guests with a high-end shopping experience.
The upper 40 floors are dedicated to private residences, including spacious apartments and duplexes. The pinnacle of the tower features an exclusive residents’ club, complete with a panoramic lounge, swimming pool, and gym, offering breathtaking views across Riyadh.
Burj Rafal combines hotel luxury, residential elegance, and premier retail in one iconic vertical community.
