Description
This 26-storey office building occupies a small site near the junction of Canal Road East and Morrison Hill Road. An oval shape tower was designed for the irregular shaped site in order to maximise the frontage towards Happy Valley. The oval curve shape theme is echoed in the lobby design. The use of white aluminium panels and silver reflective glass in carefully articulated patterns create a further dimension to this pure, oval shaped tower. The retail podium is clad in grey stone and follows the street line, contrasting with the angled office tower above.
