Description
Junefield Plaza, a first class mixed-use development and is located at the West Second Ring District of Beijing consisting of 2 commercial office towers, a 5-star hotel, extensive retail and commercial facilities. The 355,000 sqm project represents the first phase of a comprehensive development which on completion, also provides luxury residential accommodation on the adjoining and integrated site on the east. The general configuration of the complex is planned in accordance with the Beijing city grid, with north/south and east/west orientation and symmetrical, axial planning. Reflective double glazing in combination with aluminium and imported “Porrino” granite are used as cladding on all three towers and the podium. The roof feature of the project makes reference to traditional Chinese architecture, a consideration which influenced all aspects of the design.
