Description
Enterprise Square Three, at 39 Wang Chiu Road, Kowloon Bay, is located at the business and commercial hub of East Kowloon. Towering above the district at a height of 175 meters, the 41-storey office tower is the tallest landmark on the Kowloon Bay Waterfront. The elliptical tower is strategically tilted away from the city grid to take full advantage of the panoramic view towards the Victoria Harbour. Moreover, this dynamic elliptical glass volume gives the building a sublime and sculptural quality. It picks up a different outlook and volume when being perceived at different angle; and a varying reflection at different times of the day. The soaring height of the tower is accentuated further by the vertical fins, and topped by the gradual stepping back at the crown of the tower. At the lower portion, the solidity of the podium is juxtaposed by a corner glass box that marks the grand lobby of the tower. The whole composition, language, and form of the building reinforce its role as an icon in the district, and completes with the flair of timelessness and lightness.
