Description
Conceived as a mixed use development with its distinctive identity, Gulfland International Centre comprises of two office towers, a serviced apartment tower and a multi-storey shopping mall located on an elongated rectangular site fronting Zhongguancun Road in Beijing. The two office towers employ identical knife-shaped floor plans that are linked at the upper levels, defining the eastern entrance by a recessed quadruple-height atrium.
